For me, a surprise is always sweet, and that is what I felt when I first entered the flagship Candylicious store at one of the biggest malls in the UAE. Straight out of an Enid Blyton or Roald Dahl story, it boasts a fake-candy tree inside the store, which is a sight to behold. The first time I saw that tree, I stood transfixed; entranced by this magical creation of mammoth proportions. Even though the candy on the tree was fake, the sentiment was as real as it got; I could almost taste the candy.

Before I could take more photos, I was told to tuck in my camera as I wasn’t allowed to take any photos; fortunately for me, I already had my shot. So here’s my surprise entry for this week’s photo challenge. Enjoy!
